Chef Serge Falcoz-Vigne, owner of Bodega, is a classically trained French chef with over 40 years of culinary expertise and restaurant ownership spanning from Paris to North Carolina’s Triangle region. Serge has always made dining a personal experience, welcoming guests with genuine warmth and the unmistakable charm of the French style. The Bodega staff is trained to embody Serge’s philosophy of service: refined, yet approachable and attentive,yet welcoming even down to the little details.
